With over 15 years' experience in radio, my journey started at Radio Tyneside, then Sun FM, Smooth Radio and finally landing at the BBC. Hailing from Newcastle, I’m a big lover of music, travel and cooking (Fun fact: I used to be a pastry chef). My BFBS adventure started in Salisbury Plain then Cyprus, The Falklands and Brunei. Seeing the world and do what I love the most has been an incredible experience... and to be able to sit in the cockpit of a typhoon is also pretty cool!
