During the 1990s, Naseem Hamed was a household name in the world of boxing. The Sheffield-born fighter, better known as “Prince Naseem”, was featherweight world champion between 1995 and 2000 with many regarding him as one of the greatest boxers of his generation.

His rise was aided by Brendan Ingle, one of the most prolific trainers in boxing history - training Naseem from the age of seven all the way to world glory.

The pair’s story’s been told in the new movie, ‘Giant', starring Amir El-Nasry and Pierce Brosnan. Peter Johnson chatted to the star about the film.

New film ‘Lee’ explores the life and work of American photographer Lee Miller, a fashion model who became an acclaimed war correspondent during the Second World War.

Tim Humphries spoke to actress Andrea Riseborough who plays Audrey Withers, an editor who published many of Lee’s pictures.

A new documentary has been released called ‘The Commandants Shadow’. It follows the son and grandson of Rudolf Höss, who was the Camp Commandant of Auschwitz and the terrible legacy he has left. It also tells the story of Auschwitz survivor Anita Lasker-Wallfisch and her daughter, looking at the impact these hereditary burdens have left on the families as they come face to face for the first time.

The film 'One Life' tells the true story of Sir Nicholas 'Nicky' Winton, a young London banker who, on the eve of World War II, saved 669 children from the Nazis, and put them on what became known as the Kindertransport.

For decades, Winton kept this completely quiet, until in 1988, the TV show ‘That’s Life’ reunited him with many of those he had saved. Tim Humphries spoke with Labour peer Lord Alf Dubs, one of those rescued and who went on to know Nicky personally who also campaigned for him to be knighted to find out more.
