⚠️ Installation Programme: June - August 2026
From June until August, BFBS contractors will be installing new satellite dishes in offices, SLAs, and SFAs across BATUK.
This upgrade will help futureproof BFBS services and make it easier for audiences to receive BFBS TV and radio across the region.
What you need to know:

There will be no interruption to BFBS TV or radio services during the installation period

In September, households and offices with a new satellite dish will need to retune their set top box to continue receiving BFBS services. Further retuning instructions will be shared closer to the time

If access is required inside offices, SLAs, or SFAs, occupants will be contacted directly by DIO to arrange
