The film aims to raises awareness of mental health challenges for new fathers’ whilst also exploring the factors impacting their emotional wellbeing following the arrival of a new baby.

This film was produced by the Institute of Health Visiting, in collaboration with Inner Eye Productions, and funded by The Burdett Trust for Nursing.

The storyline has been developed following extensive interviews by the filmmakers with a diverse range of fathers and is based on their findings.
