3x3 Basketball

Bowls and Para Bowls

Depending on a coin toss, one team will bowl a small ball (know as the jack) down the bowling area. From there players take it in turn to roll their bowls, aiming to get as close to the jack as possible. Points are awarded for who gets closest and the first to 21 points win.

Boxing

Athletes step into the ring to compete in a variety of weight divisions. Unless the fight is stopped, due to knockout or TKO, then judges at ringside will decide the bout based on their scoring.

Judo

Two competitors face off against each other with the objective being to take your opponent down using control, not brute force. There's no punching or kicking and there are two ways to score points - an ‘Ippon’ (one full point) which automatically ends the bout, and a ‘waza-ari’, which is a half point, two of which would win the match.
