We have a bumper line-up of Christmas Premiere's for you  

The first premiere is Oppenheimer, a dramatization of the life story of J. Robert Oppenheimer, the physicist who had a large hand in the development of the atomic bombs that brought an end to World War II.

Next we bring you Paddington in Peru, Paddington returns to Peru to visit his beloved Aunt Lucy, who now resides at the Home for Retired Bears. With the Brown family in tow, a thrilling adventure ensues.

When an elite team of mercenaries breaks into a family compound on Christmas Eve, a disgruntled Santa Claus must take them out to save both the hostages and his Holiday, in Violent Night.

Superman must reconcile his alien Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as reporter Clark Kent.

BBC Two brings you the premiere of The Great Escaper, which follows Bernard Jordan as he escapes from his care home to attend the 70th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings in France.

Channel 4 offers you The Little Mermaid, a Live Action version of the tale in which a young mermaid makes a deal with a sea witch, to trade her beautiful voice for human legs.

We also have the premieres of Buffalo Kids, Super Mario Bros and Strays on BFBS Extra.
