Debi Backhurst likes to help herself to nature's bounty from hedgerows and the garden. But has she got what it takes to make a profit when she takes on John Stephens, who dreams of running his own gastro-pub? And how will they cope under the pressure of opening their own Instant Restaurants for one night only?

The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a fabulous banquet hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales. This week it's the turn of the chefs from the North East - Kenny Atkinson, Tim Bilton and Lee Bennett. They deliver their desserts but which dish will earn top marks? Strawberry jelly crumble with elderflower custard; a 'Best of British' dessert plate - bread and butter pudding, rhubarb and custard, curd tart and strawberries and cream; or brandy snap with cider brandy cream, basil sorbet and summer fruits?

MJ is sceptical, but evidence emerges that this sighting really could be the abducted girl.
