What BFBS Television channels will I get?

What sort of programmes are on the channels?

BFBS1 has a bit of everything, from chat shows to soaps, dramas to news, documentaries to sport. We carry the BBC News channel overnight.

BFBS2 is a 6-hour block of programmes with shows like CSI and the Simpsons, sci-fi and  comedy.

BFBS3 KIDS does exactly what it says on the tin, and this is where you'll find BFBS TV's own 'Room 785' show with birthdays and competitions for Forces' kids worldwide.

BFBS4 is our movie channel. Two movies a day, at 7pm and 9pm, with more on Saturdays.

Then there are our carriage channels - direct live relays of two Sky Sports channels, a music channel and Sky News.

In the next 2 or 3 months, we'll be adding factual entertainment and documentaries on BFBS3 in the evenings.

How do I receive BFBS TV?

Gibraltar has a cable system which carries other channels provided by The Gibraltar Amenities Fund as well as the BFBS TV channels. You do not need a set top box, simply plug your TV into the outlet in your accommodation.
