More than two hundred soldiers from the 1st Battalion the Welsh Guards are sharpening their live firing skills, ahead of their next deployment to Afghanistan.
Two years ago the regiment was rocked by the death of Lieutenant Colonel Rupert Thorneloe in an IED blast.
Now they have regrouped and are getting ready to return to the same operational theatre.
