Four teenagers have been winched to safety from cliffs by a rescue helicopter from RAF Chivenor, after being cut off by the tide.
Swansea Coastguard were called after the group - all aged 17, from Cardiff - climbed up a cliff at Dunraven Bay to escape the tide.
The helicopter was called and the two boys and girls were winched aboard at about 18:25 BST on Sunday.
