Royal Marines on Olympic security duty

The Metropolitan Police and Royal Marines are beginning security exercises on the River Thames this week ahead of the Olympic Games starting in July.

Police officers and military personnel will take part in the training sessions together with 15 boats and helicopters. Around £600 million is being spent on security for the Games.
