The Poppy Factory raises expectations of unemployed service personnel

There are concerns that medical discharges from the Armed Forces could reach at least 750 a year this year.

Personnel are leaving at a time when job prospects are bleak and their disabilities will make finding employment even more of a challenge.

But the Poppy Factory’s just announced it’s set a target of getting 500 sick and injured ex-service men and women into mainstream employment during the next 5 years.
