The charity Veterans Aid is well known for its work helping ex-servicemen and women who have fallen on hard times.

But less well known is the work of the Queen Mother’s Clothing Guild, which began its work back in the late nineteenth century.

With a long history of helping servicemen and women, every autumn it supplies Veterans Aid with brand new clothes, destined for veterans in crisis.
