Sufferers of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder are benefiting from a new equine therapy.

Serving soldiers and veterans are taking part in the Dare to Live programme which uses interaction with horses to help deal with the disorder.

It is the brainchild of a former Territorial Army soldier who suffers from PTSD.

The programme was originally developed for civilians but has been adapted for military personnel.
