A former international rugby player has been gearing up for the challenge of a lifetime, with the help of a wounded servicemen.

Richard Parks had to face the fact his Rugby career was over last year, when a shoulder injury forced him to retire from the game.

At about the same time, Captain Tony Harris was adjusting to life without a leg after an explosion in Sangin.

They've been helping each other climb a physical and mental mountain ahead of the challenge of a life time.
