The latest section of the UK's first Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carrier has completed its 600 mile journey around the Scottish coast to the Rosyth Naval Dockyard.

Once completed it will be capable of deploying up to forty Lockheed Martin F-35 aircraft.

The project is one of the largest defence orders ever placed in the UK, with a price tag of £5 billion.
