Appeal raises £150k for forces charities

A national appeal to pay tribute to Britain's 10-year mission in Afghanistan has raised £150,000 for forces charities.

DecAid has held fundraising events over the last twelve months for the one-off appeal.

Some of the founding members set themselves the task of climbing all Scotland’s 283 munros in 49 days.

Forces News spoke to James Fish who took part in the challenge.
