Former head of armed forces honoured

A former head of the armed forces, Admiral Lord Boyce, will be invested as a Garter Knight at Windsor castle today.

The Queen will be joined by other members of the Royal Family, including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, for the installation ceremony at St George's Chapel.

Admiral Lord Boyce was head of the forces at the time of the Iraq invasion in 2003 and retired later that year.
