Six Tornado F3 fighter jets from Treble-One Squadron are on a flying visit to Gibraltar, for their final exercise before the aircraft is phased out of service. Exercise Southern Flame involves two waves of take-offs and landings a day. While the pilots hone their quick-reaction skills, the detachment practises the logistics of moving from RAF Leuchars to set up flying operations elsewhere.
