The countdown to the festive season is well underway in Germany.

More than 400 people turned out to attend Kings School's annual Anglo-German Church Service in Gutersloh. The event has been running for more than 50 years and is popular with the local community.

A series of readings and songs were performed by students from Kings School and from Haig and Blankenhagen primary schools. The Mayor of Gutersloh and other local German dignitaries also attended the event.
