Exercise Wessex Thunder

More than 1,000 troops have taken part in Exercise Wessex Thunder on Salisbury Plain.

The soldiers from 1 YORKS are part of 20 Armoured Brigade, the first Brigade to complete the new Hybrid Foundation Training. The two-week training course is designed to test soldiers’ combat skills and their ability to work with local people.
