MOD awards air bridge contract

The MOD has re-awarded the contract for the South Atlantic Military Airbridge to charter airline Titan Airways.

The year long deal will see the airline flying a Boeing 767 aircraft twice weekly between RAF Brize Norton, Ascension Island and Mount Pleasant airfield. The flights also carry local civilian passengers.
