As service children get set for Christmas, fears about the impact of Government cuts on forces pupils on the Falkland Islands have been allayed.

The MOD’s education chief responsible for overseeing education, flew 8,000 miles to bring Mount Pleasant Primary School a message of reassurance.

With Mount Pleasant School getting a A+ pass, it seems Mums and Dads have little to worry about.
