3 February 2012 | Falkland Islands  Argentines vent anger at Will posting

Small protests have taken place in Buenos Aires over the arrival of Prince William on the Falkland Islands.

A British bank and the British Embassy were targeted as his six-week deployment as a search and rescue helicopter pilot began yesterday.

Argentina has accused Britain of provocation after his arrival days after the MOD announced HMS Dauntless – one of the Royal Navy’s most advanced warships - would be deployed to the South Atlantic.

Demonstrators defaced the Union Jack - demanding the UK hand over the islands to Argentina.
