The veteran journalist and broadcaster Sandy Gall, 84, has published his latest book "War against the Taliban".
It is an investigation into the conflict in Afghanistan and the geographical and political challenges faced there.
The former ITN reporter and News at Ten presenter has written several books and made three television documentaries on the country.
He and his wife Eleanor have also set up "Sandy Gall's Afghanistan Appeal" to provide support for people who have lost limbs in Afghanistan.
